Our client, a leader in commercial property management, is seeking a Facility Maintenance Worker to join their team in Las Cruces, NM. The role supports building operations through maintenance, repairs, and remodels with a 6am to 3pm shift and a pay range of $18.00 to $25.00 per hour.
Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of building maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and knowledge of carpentry, painting, drywall, and roofing.
