THE JOB:

At Bellagio, craftsmanship and attention to detail are part of what creates an unforgettable guest experience. We're seeking 7 Grave Shift Maintenance Facilities Painters who takes pride in their work and bring skill, care, and consistency to every project.

In this role, you'll perform maintenance and repairs across all areas of the property, completing all phases of painting and wall covering while helping preserve the beauty and integrity of our world-class resort.

You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest's experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us!

THE STARTING RATE: $40.27 / Per Hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

* Perform routine to complex maintenance and repair work on painted and papered surfaces throughout the property, completing all assignments as directed by Dispatch or Management and maintaining required logbooks

* Prepare surfaces for painting, including patching, taping, texturing, and acoustic work; paint surfaces, install wall coverings, and adjust paint colors as needed

* Safely operate hand and power tools, including conventional and/or airless spray equipment, to complete work in a timely manner

* Maintain constant awareness of cleanliness, safety, accident prevention, and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

* Must be 21 years of age of older

* High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

* Three (3) years of prior relevant experience in the hospitality industry or a similar environment

* Proficient in all phases of painting and wall covering, including preparation, application, and finishing techniques preferred

* Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
