**** THE JOB**:

All aboard!  As a Tram Operator, you play a key role in creating a safe, smooth, and memorable experience for our guests.  From operating the tram to greeting guests with a warm smile, you set the tone for their journey.  By understanding each guest’s unique needs, you help create WOW moments they’ll remember long after their stay with us!
** THE STARTING RATE:**  $29.36 / Per Hour
** THE DAY-TO-DAY:
*** Safely operate the tram, including full knowledge of bypass and override functions; ride the tram twice daily to inspect for cleanliness and vandalism; complete daily operation sheets
* Assist with emergency tram operations, Facilities shop trash and debris removal, Facility Technician support, transporting parts/materials/equipment, and demolition and cleanup for construction projects
* Pick up parts and supplies from vendors and maintain a clean, organized Property Maintenance warehouse
* Operate motorized and power equipment including Skyjack, forklift, scissor lift, jackhammer, and other heavy machinery; fuel and service engineering vehicles; maintain key and tool inventory in the Engineering Tool Room
** THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
*** Must be 21 years of age or older
* High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
* Two (2) years of prior relevant experience performing demolition, construction clean up, running parts, and working in a maintenance environment
* Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
* Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
