What will you be doing?

As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

* Perform basic drywall, painting/staining, wall vinyl repairs, and plumbing tasks like drain cleaning.

* Maintain guestroom and public space equipment, change filters, replace caulk, tile/grout, and repair doors, including locks and hinges.

* Inspect rooms for pests, replace cosmetic appliance components, light bulbs, and ballasts, and repair closet/drapery tracks and furniture.

* Complete scheduled maintenance, replace faulty plumbing components, and ensure all equipment and tools function accurately.

* Maintain clear communication with engineering leadership, keep detailed records in English, and assist other maintenance staff on special projects.

What are we looking for?

* 0-6 months of previous experience.

* Ability to stand, sit, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push/pull, and lift/carry items frequently throughout the workday.

* High school diploma or equivalent experience.
