This full-time on-site role, based in Las Vegas, NV, involves overseeing maintenance operations to ensure properties are functioning optimally. As a Maintenance Supervisor, daily responsibilities include handling equipment maintenance, conducting preventive and regular repairs, troubleshooting issues, and leading a team of maintenance staff. The role also involves coordinating with property management to maintain safe, well-functioning environments for residents and tenants.

• Strong Supervisory Skills, including leadership, team management, and effective communication
• Expertise in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance procedures
• Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair tasks, as well as general property upkeep
• Ability to perform Troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues efficiently
• Knowledge of building systems, safety regulations, and compliance requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in maintenance-related fields are a plus
• Previous experience in maintenance or property management roles, with supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
