Summit Club is seeking a Lead Utility Porter to join the Residential Services Department.
The Lead Utility Porter for leading, training, and coaching the Utility Porter Team to   maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency at The Summit Club. This leadership   role ensures that all team members adhere to proper cleaning protocols, utilize chemicals and equipment effectively, and manage their time efficiently. The Utility Porter Lead will conduct regular inspections, provide performance feedback, and foster a culture of excellence and accountability.

Responsibilities:

Manage the Summit Community & Residential Services Department:
* Supervise, guide, and mentor the Utility Porter Team to ensure optimal performance and professional growth.
* Provide hands-on training on proper cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and chemical handling.
* Monitor team productivity, assign daily tasks, and adjust workloads to ensure efficiency.
* Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and implement corrective action when necessary.
* Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, professionalism, and high morale.
* Conduct daily briefings to communicate tasks, expectations, and updates to the Utility Porter Team.
* Provide leadership, training, and development opportunities for to promote excellence, accountability, and teamwork.
* Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency and service quality.

Lead and Guide Utility Porter Team:
* Manage the Utility Porter Team responsible for Comfort Stations, including all Public Areas, Pickleball, Tennis Courts, Outdoor Pursuits, & Max Fish Camp.
* Provide guidance and support to maintain cleanliness and DLC presentation standards.
* Monitor the cleanliness and presentation of public areas to meet the highest standards.
* Perform regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness, organization, and maintenance standards.
* Implement and maintain detailed checklists and procedures to monitor and enhance cleaning efficiency and effectiveness.

Operational Management:
* Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of restrooms, foyers, residential spaces, comfort stations, and common areas.
* Conduct routine inspections to ensure all assigned tasks are completed to the highest standard.
* Ensure compliance with safety protocols and proper chemical handling procedures.
* Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment and proper storage.
* Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges, including equipment malfunctions and scheduling conflicts.
* Manage inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment, ensuring timely procurement and proper usage.
* Collaborate with the Residential Services Manager/Director and other departments to support special events, seasonal preparations, and operational changes and needs are met.
* Implement a detailed inspection process to ensure cleanliness, organization, and maintenance standards are consistently met.
* Develop and maintain quality assurance checklists to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.

Health & Safety Compliance:
* Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations, including sanitation and hygiene protocol
* Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations, including OSHA and Blood borne Pathogens Compliance completed yearly.
* Monitor and report any maintenance or safety issues in a timely manner.
* Conduct regular safety training sessions and audits to ensure adherence to best practices.
* Ensure all cleaning and maintenance activities meet The Summit Club’s quality standards.
