The Preventative Maintenance Slot Technician is responsible for the routine cleaning, inspection, and upkeep of all bar-top slot machines across Circa, The D, and Golden Gate. This role ensures optimal machine performance by performing scheduled preventative maintenance, including clearing internal dust, replacing malfunctioning buttons, cleaning and calibrating touchscreens, and verifying proper machine operation. The technician supports the Slot Technical Managers by maintaining high standards of machine reliability, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.

• Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting the Company Service Standards at all times.
• Perform recurring preventative maintenance on all assigned bar-top slot machines, and other slot machines on the casino floor as needed.
• Clean, inspect, and blow out filters and internal components to maintain proper airflow and prevent overheating.
• Replace non-functioning or worn buttons, switches, and other simple external components.
• Clean and calibrate touchscreens to ensure accuracy and consistent guest interaction.
• Verify machine operation after maintenance to ensure proper functionality.
• Document all preventative maintenance tasks, noting machine condition and any issues requiring further attention.
• Report irregularities or potential failures to the Slot Technical Manager or Master Slot Technicians.
• Maintain good working relations with all levels of the organization, including Slot Operations and Beverage teams.

• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members, and Management in both written and verbal form.
• Familiarity with basic electronics and mechanical components.
• Must be capable of using common hand tools, cleaning equipment, and basic diagnostic tools.
• Ability to obtain/renew all government-required licenses or certifications, specifically a Nevada Gaming License.
• Must be 21 years of age.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in slot maintenance, electronics, or technical repair preferred but not required.
• On-the-job training will be provided.

• Requires normal, corrective vision range, including the ability to see color and distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Manual dexterity required for handling small parts, tools, and touchscreen components.
• Must be able to lift, push, or move slot machine components as needed.
• Work environment may be noisy and may contain second-hand smoke.
• Requires walking, standing, kneeling, and bending for extended periods while servicing machines.
