Maintenance Supervisor

What You Will Do- Lead the maintenance team – Supervise and support a skilled crew across one or more communities.
- Coordinate daily operations – Schedule tasks, ensure homes are ready to rent, oversee after‑hours assignments, and complete service orders on time.
- Stay on budget – Develop and follow maintenance budgets while monitoring spending.
- Inspect and maintain the community – Oversee preventative maintenance schedules, conduct property inspections, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Foster strong relationships – Work with residents, team members, and vendors to create a well‑maintained, welcoming environment.
- Ensure compliance and safety – Follow policies and company, local, state, and federal guidelines.
- Tackle special projects – Assist with additional responsibilities and property improvements as needed.
- Strong leadership skills – Experience in managing, training, and motivating a maintenance team.
- Technical expertise – Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, painting, masonry, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
- Problem‑solving abilities – Able to handle emergencies and high‑pressure situations confidently.
- Dependability and flexibility – Available for emergency repairs when needed.
- Ability to perform physical tasks – Able to climb up to 40 feet, lift heavy objects, distinguish colors, and work in various conditions.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of experience in facility maintenance.
- Skilled in using hand tools and power tools safely.

- 401(k):
Bridge Investment Group will match your contributions dollar‑for‑dollar up to 6% of your pay. Contributions are fully vested immediately. Eligible employees are automatically enrolled at a 4% contribution rate. The employee must be at least 21 years of age and have worked for the Company for at least 60 days. - Paid Time Off:
Employee accrues 5.23 hours of PTO per pay period for a total of 17 days per year. - 11 paid holidays per year.
- Following six months of employment, you will be eligible for four weeks of paid parental leave as a primary caregiver or two weeks as a secondary caregiver. After two years, you’ll be eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave as a primary caregiver.
- Tuition reimbursement:
Up to $5,000 per year for pre‑approved tuition expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of approved documentation. Repayment obligations may apply if employment terminates prior to 24 months.
