Floor Tech

** Overview*
* We are looking for a reliable and experienced Tech to maintain and upkeep carpet and hard surface floors.

*
* Location:

** Various Las Vegas locations. You will need to drive your own vehicle. Mile reimbursement offered.

** Shift:
** Monday - Friday 6pm to 2:30am

** Pay Rate:**  $18/hour Weekly Pay

** Requirements:
** Experience operating cleaning machinery, floor scrubbers and other equipment.

* Scheduled hours are subject to change based on business needs

** Driving Requirements:*
* ** This role requires the operation of a motor vehicle as an essential job function. Applicants must possess a valid driver's license at the time of hire
** and maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) in accordance with company standards. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a driving record review and continued compliance with all applicable state laws and company policies.  Driving is a regular and essential function of this position.

** Responsibilities*
* -  Clean and maintain buildings/facilities

-  Follows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures

-  Notify Manager concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems

-  Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.

-  Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities

-  Responsible for the maintenance of all floor areas and for sustaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation

+ Stripping floors

+ Waxing floors

+ Use side by side machine

+ Carpet care/carpet extractions

+ Pressure washing experience

-  Experience operating cleaning machinery, floor scrubbers and other equipment.

** Qualifications*
* Required:

-  Must be 18 years of age or older

-  Experienced with floor care cleaning machines, scrubbers and other equipment.

-   Valid Driver's License

-  No high school diploma, GED or college degree required

Preferred:

-  Customer service experience

-  1 year of similar work experience
