Per Diem Food Service Worker

• Perform non-food preparation and cleanup duties in the kitchen and cafeterias.
• Serve as a cashier.
• Bus tables.
• Stock shelves and condiment containers.
• Clean kitchens, dishes and cafeterias.
• Empty trash containers.

Equivalent to graduation from high school and six (6) months of food services experience.

Valid Clark County Health District card.

• At least six (6) months of recent (within the past 5 years) food service experience busing tables, stocking shelves and condiment containers; cleaning kitchens, dishes, and cafeterias; and emptying trash containers.
• Available to work any shift.

Mobility to work in a typical culinary setting and use standard hand and power equipment, stamina to remain standing and/or walk for extended periods of time; vision to read printed materials; hearing and speech to communicate effectively in-person and over the telephone. Strength and agility to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
