Employment Type: Part‑Time W2 Position (6‑8 hours/week).

Pay: $16.50/hr.

Position Overview

Wandering Pine Wellness is hiring a Facilities Coordinator. We’re looking for someone who is reliable and detail‑oriented to maintain the cleanliness and order of our Las Vegas office. This role is essential to the experience of every client who walks through our doors and every clinician who calls our space their workplace. You'll work independently during evening and weekend hours to keep our space looking and feeling its best.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vacuum and/or sweep all floor areas.
  • Mop floors.
  • Empty trash and recycling bins throughout the office.
  • Wipe down surfaces, countertops, and common areas.
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms.
  • Restock paper products, soap, and other supplies as needed.
  • Ensure waiting room and therapy rooms are tidy and welcoming.
Sunday Deep Cleaning
  • Thorough cleaning of all rooms, including baseboards and fixtures.
  • Mop hard floors and deep‑clean carpets as needed.
  • Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
  • Sanitize high‑touch areas (door handles, light switches, etc.).
  • Organize and restock supplies for the week ahead.
  • Report any maintenance concerns or supply needs to the Leadership team.
Schedule And Hours

This position is approximately 6‑8 hours per week.

  • Tuesdays and Wednesdays: 2 hours each evening, starting at 6:30 PM or 7:00 PM (flexible).
  • Sundays: 3‑4 hours of deep cleaning, anytime between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM (your choice).
  • Hours may increase as office traffic increases.
Required Qualifications
  • Reliable and punctual: our clients and clinicians count on a clean space.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently without supervision.
  • Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
  • Respect for client confidentiality and professional boundaries (HIPAA‑secure environment).
  • Cleaning experience preferred.
