Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of assigned area.
- Operate tools and equipment as trained.
- Clean assigned area as instructed.
- Move furniture, rearrange, and relocate furniture and equipment.
- Stock and maintain par levels of supplies in all porter closets.
- Clean walls, ceilings and vents.
- Familiar with OSHA safety codes regarding chemicals and electrical equipment used within the department.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Minimum age requirement is 21.
- Ability to interact with others in a friendly, positive and courteous manner.
- Able to tolerate chemicals, cleansers and solvents.
- Ability to operate specialty equipment such as Scrubber, walk‑behind, ride‑on, variable speed buffer, carpet extractor, and scissor lift.
- Knowledge of the processes of maintaining and caring for all types of flooring: vinyl flooring, concrete, stamped concrete, carpeted flooring, and marble flooring.
- Must have valid Nevada driver’s license.
