40 hours a week with occasional rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed

Janitorto support the cleanliness, safety, and overall presentation of our residential community.

In this role,you’llensure that allcommon areas, amenities, and back-of-house spaces are consistently clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on janitorial or custodial experience who takes pride inmaintaininghigh standard sand contributing to a positive resident experience.

• Perform daily cleaning ofcommon areas including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, elevators, stairwells, and amenity spaces
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces tomaintaina pristine environment
• Empty trash receptacles and manage waste disposal per property guidelines
• Restock supplies in restrooms and shared spaces
• Monitor property cleanliness throughout the day and respond promptly to spills or urgent needs
• Support light upkeep tasks, including exterior tidiness and minor cleaning duties
• Assist with move-in and move-out turnover cleaning
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or unusual conditions to the appropriate team members

• Previous janitorial, housekeeping, or custodial experience (residential, hospitality, or commercial preferred)
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and prolonged standing or walking
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Basic communication skills and ability to follow safety procedures
• Flexibility to work a full-time schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends
