Travel + Leisure - - Responsibilities:
Perform general facility maintenance under supervision including painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry;
Perform maintenance work for make-ready units as directed;
Repair and replace general fixtures such as doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, cabinetry;
Maintain outdoor landscape and trash removal;
Inspect building systems and report deficiencies to supervisor
