Siegel Suites - - Responsibilities:
Perform daily maintenance to turn units and complete daily work orders;
Conduct monthly preventative maintenance on all units;
Supervise and train maintenance assistants, coaching efficient turnover times;
Coordinate with property manager to ensure vendors perform services timely;
Verify room readiness and availability to rent out;
Schedule and perform necessary maintenance on exterior and interior areas;
Possess on-call responsibilities to assist with tenant emergencies;
Keep maintenance shop and other areas OSHA compliant;
Maintain appropriate tools and equipment for daily tasks
