Appearance Cleaning Exp

Job Summary:

Highly motivated individuals who take pride in aircraft and facility appearance, with strong attention to detail. A self-starter, skilled at multitasking and prioritizing in order to safely & securely accomplish duties in a fast-moving environment.

• Remove all debris from aircraft; clean and restock all lavatories and galley.
• Clean facility restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals.
• Set up stocks and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Monitor and maintain sanitation and organization of all assigned areas.
• Wear PPE at all times and carry out deep cleaning and detailed cleaning tasks (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming and mopping).
• Notify station management of deficiencies or repairs required.
• Assist in cleaning customer lounges, facilities, Backoffice, disinfecting high-touch points, deep clean aircraft, exterior and interior cleans per JSX standards.
• Assume other duties as assigned; responsibilities and duties may change when circumstances dictate (emergencies, changes in workload, rush jobs, technical developments, etc.).

• 2 years of Customer Service or Cleaning Experience.
• Valid Driver’s License for operating ground support equipment.
• Articulated and polished communication skills, both verbally and visually.
• Knowledge of computer systems such as Google Business and Microsoft Office.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• 2 years of Airline experience preferred.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Willingness to work overnight (3rd shift) and 10% travel required.
• Physical capability to perform intermittent activity including bending, reaching, lifting, climbing stairs and prolonged periods of standing; ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, middays, nights, overnight, weekends, and holidays.
• Participation in initial and random drug and alcohol screenings in accordance with DOT and FAA guidelines.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors in cold/wet or hot conditions for extended amounts of time.
