Maintenance Supervisor
Fore Property Company a privately held growing national development and property management company is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at our Beautiful Lease Up Apartment Community, Fora, in Las Vegas, NV.
As a Maintenance Supervisor you will perform service duties, supervise and coordinate activities of maintenance employees and vendors to ensure that all upkeep, inventory and repair of grounds and buildings of the property are completed in an efficient and timely manner.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Supervise and mentor maintenance team. Maintain supply and parts inventory. Respond timely to service requests. Share emergency service work on an on-call basis.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years maintenance experience in multifamily industry required
- 2 years previous maintenance supervisor experience required.
- Must have experience with 400+ unit property
- HVAC and Pool certification required.
- Experience in pool systems and operations
- Repair and maintenance skills, including painting/drywall, plumbing, carpentry, minor electrical
- Ability to communicate clearly with staff and residents, both in writing and verbally
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Team player
- Must be hands on and available to work on call in rotation.
- Valid driver's license and insurance
