Job Description Summary
Ensures the physical aspects of the community are maintained and standards are met regarding the grounds, amenities and overall curb appeal and provides support to the service team members.
Essential Responsibilities- Incumbents must have a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
- Must be able to stand, walk and/or sit for extended periods, and bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas.
- Must work inside and outside in all weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, sleet).
- Must push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights up to twenty‑five pounds independently and fifty pounds with assistance.
- Rare or regular travel may be required to assist other properties, attend training classes, business meetings or other situations necessary for the accomplishment of some or all of the daily responsibilities of this position.
- Must work a flexible schedule, including on‑call duties during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Hourly rate: $16.00 – $18.00.
Additional CompensationMany factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.
- Corporate positions: may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.
