Travel + Leisure - - Responsibilities:
Perform general facility maintenance under supervision to ensure quality and efficiency;
Perform service requests and repairs (Painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry);
Maintain make-ready units as directed;
Repair general fixtures (doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, cabinetry);
Clean and maintain outside landscape and manage trash removal; inspect building systems and report deficiencies to supervisor
