• Direct personnel maintaining assigned areas of the facility in accordance with applicable federal, state and local requirements, and directives from the Director and Operations Manager, to ensure a high level of cleanliness and sanitation.
• Develop and execute work schedules for the area, supervising 15–20 FTEs.
• Interview candidates for available positions in the department and create and post departmental work schedules.
• Maintain productivity of the assigned unit to meet hospital and corporate financial goals, adhere to policy and procedures, and assist peers when necessary.

• High school diploma or equivalent GED.
• Minimum of six (6) months experience in a housekeeping department within a health‑related facility.
• Preferred:
  Two (2) years supervisory experience in a health‑related facility.
