Northern Nevada Lead DrillerThe lead driller will assist in assuring that all drilling staff members perform according to quality standards, client schedules are met, and equipment and supply issues are properly reported to the logistics specialist.
Eagle is accepting applications for a driller with Geotechnical/Environmental drilling experience. Preference will be given to those with experience monitoring well installations and well abandonments. It is also preferred that you have auger, mud rotary, and coring experience.
Qualifications and responsibilities:
- Must have a CDL, a clean DMV history, ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening, and obtain a Nevada well driller’s license within one year.
- Mechanical skills, familiarity with performing machine maintenance, organizing inventory and parts; previous welding experience is helpful.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to follow safety guidelines, and demonstrate potential and motivation through actions in their work.
- Capable of heavy lifting (75-100 lbs.) and able to work under adverse weather conditions.
- Able to operate a manual transmission, have an acceptable Nevada driving record, and be in good physical condition.
