The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas is seeking a Kitchen Maintenance Engineer to maintain and repair building systems and related equipment across the property. You will work hands-on to keep boilers, refrigeration, generators, and other mechanical systems running smoothly, ensuring guest comfort and safety.
Ideal candidates are 21+, have a High School Diploma or GED, can read blueprints and schematics, and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
