Independent Contractor Agreement

Job Title:

Independent Contractor – Residential/Commercial Cleaning

• Perform residential and commercial cleaning tasks, including general cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen, bathroom, and other specified duties.
• Maintain an average client rating of 4.5 stars across the most recent ten assignments.
• Communicate availability and accept assignments on an assignment‑by‑assignment basis.
• Submit accurate invoices by Sunday 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time; ensure invoices include dates of service, client reference, hours worked, and total amount.
• Adhere to confidentiality and access‑code handling requirements and protect client privacy information.
• Maintain required general liability insurance and provide evidence upon request.
• Abide by all safety, confidentiality, and non‑solicitation obligations as outlined in the agreement.

• Self‑employed individual with proven residential or commercial cleaning experience.
• Ability to perform cleaning tasks to professional standards.
• Reliable attendance and the capacity to meet client expectations.
• Capability to obtain and maintain general liability insurance.

• Hourly rate of $25.00 for confirmed hours.
• Invoices processed each Friday following the invoicing deadline.

• Independent contractor; no set schedule. Availability is negotiated per assignment.

• No employee benefits. Contractor is responsible for all tax, insurance, and self‑employment obligations.
