General Laborer
Join our team as a General Laborer, where you'll play a crucial role in our production process. As a member of our crew, you'll be responsible for performing general labor duties, such as moving materials on site and lifting items into trucks. This position requires physical strength and the ability to work outdoors, as you will be lifting up to 50 pounds and working with heavy equipment.
Responsibilities- Work in a safe and respectful manner at all times.
- Perform proper inspections to report and mitigate unsafe conditions or defects immediately.
- Monitor, log, and control chemical inventories.
- Perform all necessary plant operations functions.
- Monitor, enable, and drive peak plant performance through sampling, chemical titration, and plant operating system feedback with proper adjustments.
- Understand and act on direction from lead operators and/or supervisors.
- Operate various hand and power tools such as wrenches, drills, chainsaws, and pipe fusers.
- Understand solution flow and be able to read pressure gauges, flow meters, and other instruments.
- Monitor and troubleshoot equipment and upset conditions.
- Fulfill additional responsibilities and duties as required.

Work EnvironmentThe role is based at our project site in California, with a pickup location in Henderson, NV. The work environment can be challenging, with hot summers and cold winters. You'll work on a rotating schedule, which includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Transportation to the site is provided from the Henderson office. The work schedule is Monday through Thursday, with shifts potentially extending into nights and holidays.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Las Vegas, NV.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
