RPM Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and ensure cleanliness of interior and exterior common areas at the property. You will handle custodial duties, grounds work, make-ready units, and basic pool care as part of a diverse facilities team.
The role requires at least 1 year in maintenance, familiarity with trades (carpentry, drywall), and the ability to work efficiently, safely, and with attention to detail in an on-site setting.
