Public Storage – Property Manager

Public Storage is the self‑storage industry leader and is hiring Property Managers. The position offers $16.00 per hour plus a total rewards package.

• Flexible and full‑time schedules between 9:30 am and 6 pm (weekends until 5 pm).

• Work independently at multiple locations, spending time inside and outside.
• Assess customer storage needs and suggest solutions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily business.
• Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required.

• Transport, lift, or move items weighing up to 35 pounds.
• Walk in and around facilities; spend up to 50 % of time outdoors, climb stairs, open large doors.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks, including sweeping/mopping interiors and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal.

• Experience: Successful candidates come from customer‑service centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service‑based companies.
• Transportation: Valid driver’s license and own vehicle required; mileage reimbursement available.
