The Engineer Level 1 at Highgate's Springhill Suites Las Vegas is responsible for keeping the property in top condition with minimal guest disruption. You will maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing and building systems, perform repairs, and keep safety and quality standards.
The role requires flexibility and the ability to work long hours in a hotel environment. Strong reading of blueprints, record-keeping for maintenance, and effective communication with guests and staff are essential.
