Siegel Suites - - Responsibilities:
Perform daily maintenance to turn units and address work orders as assigned by the Property Manager;
Complete monthly preventative maintenance on all units;
Coordinate with the property manager and vendors to ensure services are timely;

Maintain OSHA compliance and keep maintenance shop and areas clean
