Perform maintenance of proprietary ALPLA equipment and general facility maintenance, including equipment installation, preventative maintenance, predictive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Equipment installation and preventative maintenance: set up proprietary ALPLA equipment, conduct regular preventive maintenance to ensure optimal functionality and prolong lifespan, and perform adjustments as needed
- Predictive maintenance: use condition monitoring and diagnostic tools to identify potential issues before downtime
- Troubleshooting and repairs: diagnose problems on molding machines, collaborate with technical experts, and execute repairs to restore functionality
- Facility maintenance support: contribute to general facility maintenance and maintain a safe, organized working environment in production spaces
- Timely repair of equipment
- Maximize MP2 data input to ensure 80% labor hours recorded
- Participate in the ALPLA Amatrol Online Skills Training
- Accountability, decision quality, effective communication, valuing differences, and driving results
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required
- 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Knowledge of Industrial Maintenance Safety
- Basic mechanical understanding and repair capability
- Basic understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics
- Knowledge of occupational math skills for measurements and calculations
