Vintage Pointe is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee multi‑unit residential property upkeep and lead maintenance staff. You will manage HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry tasks, and coordinate with contractors to ensure high standards of operation.
Requires a High School diploma/GED and 3–4 years of commercial/multi‑unit property experience;
English communication is essential. Driver's license is preferred; 5–7 years can offset education requirements.
