Bridge Property Management is seeking a Service Support Assistant to maintain cleanliness, curb appeal, and readiness of common areas, exterior grounds and vacant units to support resident satisfaction and leasing success.
You will perform cleaning duties, maintain landscapes, assist with pool upkeep and seasonal tasks, and use work-order tools such as Yardi or Smart Rent to close tasks, while lifting up to 50 lbs and occasionally weekend shifts.
