A Facilities Coordinator opportunity is available in Las Vegas, NV for an organized and detail-oriented professional with experience supporting daily facility operations, maintenance coordination, vendor communication, and workplace efficiency. • Coordinate daily facility operations, maintenance requests, repairs, and service scheduling.
• Communicate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor facility conditions, office supplies, workspace needs, and general operational support requirements.
• Help ensure compliance with safety standards, workplace procedures, and facility‑related regulations.
• Support space allocation, equipment needs, and employee facility‑related requests.
• Maintain accurate records related to maintenance activity, vendor services, supplies, and facility projects.

• Salary range: $40,000 to $50,000 per year.
