HES Facilities is seeking a Floor Technician to maintain floor areas and ensure cleanliness across our facilities. You will operate floor sweepers, buffers, strippers and related equipment to keep floors aesthetically pleasing and safe.
Responsibilities include coordinating with management for supplies, communicating requests and work orders, and assisting during emergencies after hours. High school diploma or GED preferred; prior floor maintenance and custodial knowledge are desirable.
