Greystar is seeking a maintenance technician to oversee and perform technical and mechanical work across community buildings and common areas in Las Vegas. You will diagnose issues, complete work orders, prepare vacant units for leasing, and maintain facilities to Greystar standards.
Strong safety and customer-service focus are required. The role requires high school diploma or equivalent, HVAC and EPA certifications, tool proficiency, and safe handling of equipment.
