Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Machine Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and performance of production equipment in a fast paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who is hands on, mechanically inclined, and takes pride in minimizing downtime and keeping operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production machinery and equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to quickly resolve downtime
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance
• Inspect machines and identify potential problems before they impact production
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and service records
• Collaborate with production teams to support efficient operations
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude with basic electrical and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred:

• Lead troubleshooting efforts on complex equipment issues
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs
• Mentor junior technicians and support training initiatives
• Experience with PLCs, hydraulics, and advanced electrical systems
