Perform daily maintenance to turn units and complete work orders;
Conduct monthly preventative maintenance on all units;
Supervise and train maintenance assistants, coaching turnover times;
Coordinate with property manager to ensure vendors perform services timely;
Verify room readiness and availability to rent out;
Schedule/perform maintenance on the exterior of the property and in the units;
Accept on-call responsibilities for tenant emergencies;
Keep maintenance shop OSHA compliant
