Maintenance & Patrol Team Member

Las Vegas RV Resort is looking for a dependable, hands-on Maintenance & Patrol team member to join our resort staff. This is a full-time position for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests and residents.

The ideal candidate is reliable, observant, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working independently while providing excellent customer service.

Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the RV resort and common areas.

Inspect facilities, grounds, equipment, and amenities and report maintenance concerns.

Respond to maintenance requests and address issues in a timely manner.

Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, landscaping, and general repair tasks as needed.

Conduct regular patrols of the property to help maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment.

Monitor resort grounds and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, or rule violations to management.

Assist guests and residents with questions or maintenance-related concerns in a professional manner.

Keep work areas, equipment, and resort grounds clean and orderly.

Assist with seasonal projects, preventative maintenance, and other duties as assigned.

Follow all resort safety procedures and policies.
