Westland Real Estate Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a Las Vegas property. You will lead the on-site maintenance team, perform advanced HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks, and manage work orders from start to finish.
You will participate in after-hours on-call rotations, supervise staff, and help manage budgets and inventory to maintain high standards for resident living.
