Asset Living in Las Vegas is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support daily operations of our apartment communities. You will perform routine, corrective, preventative, and cosmetic maintenance, respond to work orders, and assist with make-ready tasks under supervision.
The role requires a High School diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of OSHA and Fair Housing laws. You will work on-site, participate in on-call emergencies, and help maintain safety, cleanliness, and property value.
