** THE JOB:
** It is the primary responsibility of the Tile/Carpet engineer to repair and replace broken tile maintain all the marble, Carpet, Vinyl  flooring throughout the property.
** THE STARTING RATE:**  $38.12 Per Hour
** THE DAY-TO-DAY:
*** Install, repair, and replace broken tile and marble, walls and floors in all areas of the hotel
* Repair and refinish vanity tops and re-grout marble
* Install and repair all types of Carpet and padding, vinyl and wood flooring
* Repair and refinish all concrete walls
* Ensure that all equipment and work areas are kept clean, neat and orderly at all times
* Keep informed and updated on current techniques and technical methods
* Maintain constant awareness of safety and accident prevention
** THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
*** Must be 21 years of age or older
* High School Diploma or GED Required
* 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience or successful completion of the Jr. Engineer Program Required
* 5+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience Preferred
