CLEANER / HOUSEKEEPER / JANITOR - FULL-TIME

We're a fast-scaling cleaning company in Las Vegas and Henderson. We work fast, we work efficiently with systems and processes, and we take care of people who show up and deliver. If you've been grinding in a role that doesn't reward your work ethic, this Is your move.

• Full-Time Mon-Fri
• 9AM - 6PM
• Fast-paced environment

• Have a natural eye for detail and order - you notice what others walk past
• Can manage your time and your route solo - no babysitting, no hand-holding
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and your team
• Show up every day, on time, consistently - your word means something
• Are coachable - you take feedback and use it
• Bring real cleaning experience to the table
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred

• Reliable personal vehicle - you're running routes independently
• iPhone - required for scheduling, communication, and our systems
• Ability to pass a background check
• Full-time availability, Monday-Friday, 9AM-6PM
• Prior cleaning experience - residential, commercial, hospitality, facilities

Start strong. Earn more through bonuses, referrals, and client tips. For qualified individuals we promote within. As we grow - and we are growing fast - there's a real path to becoming a trainer, then a field manager. We don't hire managers from outside. We build them from within. If you want a title and a bigger role 12-24 months from now, the door is open - but you have to earn it here first.
