Maintenance Technician

First Service Residential - 7255 West Sunset Road - Responsibilities:
Clean restrooms per the prescribed schedule and document them in the appropriate log;
Perform minor and major repairs of common area buildings and equipment as needed and document for follow through with appropriate work order system;
Install light bulbs and conduct minor repairs on ground-level lighting or lighting reachable with a ladder;
Paint exterior and interior walls, structures, and fencing, as needed while documenting through the appropriate work order process;
Sweep, vacuum, mop, wax, strip, and polish floors; vacuum and shampoo carpets as scheduled
