Maintenance Technician

First Service Residential -  - Responsibilities:
Perform minor and major repairs of common area buildings and equipment as needed;
Install light bulbs and conduct minor repairs on ground-level lighting or lighting that can be reached with a 6-foot ladder;
Paint exterior and interior walls, structures, and fencing, as needed while documenting through the appropriate work order process;
Move and arrange furniture and equipment and set up rooms for meetings as needed;
Operate a variety of hand and power tools which could include saws, drills, floor buffers, augers, power washers, and other tools used in building and ground maintenance
