CCS Facility Services - 2090 East Flamingo Road - Responsibilities:
Maintain common areas of office buildings, apartments, or other commercial or institutional buildings in clean and orderly condition;
Spot clean the lobby glass doors;
Polish chrome on lobby doors; vacuum elevator cabs and wipe cab doors, walls, and tops twice daily;
Inspect building exterior and pick up trash; empty and clean exterior trash receptacles;
Check restrooms twice daily; vacuum lobby daily or as needed; sweep stairwells and landings as needed
