Pay: $18.00 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday 6pm to 2:30am

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

This role requires the operation of a motor vehicle as an essential job function. Applicants must possess a valid driver’s license at the time of hire and maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) in accordance with company standards. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a driving record review and continued compliance with all applicable state laws and company policies.

Driving is a regular and essential function of this position.

• Clean and maintain buildings/facilities
• Follows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures
• Notify Manager concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems
• Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.
• Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities
• Responsible for the maintenance of all floor areas and for sustaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
• Stripping Floors
• Waxing Floors
• Use Side by Side Machine
• Carpet Care / Carpet Extractions
• Pressure Washing
• Experience operating and maintaining cleaning machinery, floor scrubber and other equipment

Required:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
• Must be experienced with floor care cleaning machines, scrubbers and other equipment

Preferred:

• Customer service experience
• 1 year of similar work experience
