Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Maintenance Supervisor for multifamily properties in Las Vegas to oversee maintenance tasks, respond to resident service requests, and ensure high-quality move-ins and timely service with personal attention to residents.
Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, on-call emergency response, life-safety compliance, and proper documentation. A valid driver’s license and EPA 608 Type II (or CPO) are required.
