Preparation / QualificationsPrior custodial and/or maintenance experience is preferred but not required.
Primary Duties- Cleaning 2nd Floor Boys' restrooms, halls, library, Life Skills classrooms, Band Room, Art Rooms, Choir Room, Sixth Street administration offices and security offices, Six Street and Clocktower entrances, MDF, I.T. and Bookstore.
- Lock‑up and assist with school functions, sporting events and unloading delivery trucks.
- Assist the Director of Building & Grounds and Afternoon Shift Foreman as instructed.
- Required to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
Per the building & Service Employees Local # 138 Maintenance and Custodial Employees Collective Bargaining Agreement.
