Torrey Holistics is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead plant maintenance operations, drive equipment reliability, and support a fast-paced production environment. You will supervise technicians, manage PM programs, coordinate work orders, and ensure timely responses to equipment failures.
This role requires strong leadership, troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and controls systems, experience with ammonia refrigeration, and knowledge of PSM and OSHA
