Kadima Healthcare is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support our facility with a range of maintenance tasks. You will repair walls, doors, ceilings, mirrors, windows, and fixtures while assisting with cleaning of resident rooms during transfers, discharges, or death.
You will perform routine repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical areas as directed, maintain grounds, replace bulbs, and participate in preventative maintenance.
