Overview
Pine Belt Mental Healthcare Resources is seeking a Maintenance Technician to provide facility maintenance support to agency physical structures for our Clearview facility in Jones County.

FT/PT Status:
Regular Full Time
Education:
High School Diploma
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- Electrical, plumbing, A/C and heating training required
- Building maintenance experience required, industrial preferred
- Ability to coordinate and maintain services with contracted vendors
- Ability and knowledge to repair physical structure (painting, light bulbs)
- Ability to plan and recommend repairs or replacements of carpet, furniture, furnishings, etc.
- Ability to follow proper procedure and timely manner for needed contracted services
- Ability to ensure proper operations and maintenance of ground sprinkler system, including time regulation
- Ability to provide feedback to facility coordinators and supervisor
